Director of Health Services (Health Services)

• Full time, day shift.
• Responsible for the development and delivery of health services to our 5-star nursing facility, assisted living and home health care constituencies.
• The Director acts as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and serves as a member of the executive management team.
• Must possess a college degree in a related field, a Virginia LNHA (or ability to secure one), seven years of experience as a nursing home administrator with sound knowledge of State and Federal regulations and a strong backgound in Medicare reimbursement, census management, electronic medical software and pharmacy and therapy oversight.
• Candidate must also have a solid foundation in customer service and employee relations.

Certified Nurse Aide/Registered Medication Aide (Assisted Living)

• Full time, 7am-7pm.
• Perform a variety of resident care tasks in the Assited Living Unit under the direction of the Administrator.
• Responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse of pharmacist.
• Valid VA State certification required for all nursing positions.

Food Service Worker (Dining Services)

• Full time, shift varies.  Must be available to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Prepare small quantities of fresh produce and related salad items and desserts; service and storing of foods, cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and dishware; receiving and storage of raw and prepared food products.
• Prior food service experience required.

RN/LPN Charge Nurse (Health Care)

• Full time, 7pm-7am.
• Assist staff personnel in developing professional skills and in selecting priorities of the delivery of nursing care; monitor progress of staff and assist with reorganization of units as required.
• Valid VA State license required for all nursing positions.

RN Supervisor (Health Care)

• Full time, 7pm-7am.
• Supervise an assigned shift of nursing units and provide professional guidance and direction to staff.
• At least two years of prior nursing management preferred.
• Valid VA State license required for all nursing positions.

RN Clinical Team Leader (Senior Independence - Home Health Division)

• Full time, 1st shift. Some weekends and share on-call responsibilities.
• Coordinate and assist with development of growing Home Health program.
• Supervise team of nursing field staff.
• Applicants must possess a valid RN license, have at least one year Home Health experience and a working knowledge of Medicare OASIS is required.
