A LifeCare Plan that Works With You
LifeCare at Westminster Canterbury-Lynchburg means you will pay for your assisted living and health care services based on your independent living residence’s monthly fee. There will be a charge for the required additional meals and a health care charge in Memory Support and Health Care. Your entrance fee and monthly services fee essentially prepay for future care. A substantial portion of your entrance fee qualifies as a tax deduction under the category of prepaid healthcare expense, as well as a portion of every monthly services fee.
Depending on the size of the unit you select, LifeCare contract entry fees range from $89,952 to $486,394 with monthly fees from $2,705 to $5,502.
